This Holiday Season may be very challenging and difficult given the economy.  Despite that there are some steps that we can do to reduce the impact of Holiday stress and too keep from falling into a Holiday funk.  We need to remember the "reason for the season" - love, family and friends, being thankful, a giving to those who are less fortunate.  Below are some tools you can use to help get you through the holidays.

The Holidays are a time of great joy and celebration.  We get together with family and friends and give thanks for all the blessings we have in our lives.  We get a chance to spend time with loved ones, break bread together, and just enjoy the day.  We also get a chance to pig out, and eat ourselves silly!
