But what if few really could write our own self-care prescription.  A prescription that would be preventative and help us stay well and not have to use any unnecessary pharmaceuticals or surgeries.  The good news is that you can write your own self-care prescription.  You can figure out what works best for you to be well in your mind, body, and spirit.   Dr. Marcus Penn shares with us how to do exactly that.
