How To Boost Your Energy Using Natural Remedies

•Get More Oxygen – oxygen is a great way to increase your energy. Here a technique that will work for you. It is called alternative oxygen breathing. Take your finger and place over your left nostril breathe in hold for five seconds then breathe out slowly, then do it on the other side. Doing this simple breathing exercise will help refresh and energize.
•Fifteen Minutes - If you go to bed 15 minutes earlier it will make a difference in your energy level plus you could use the extra rest!
