One way to manage you diet is to include fat burners on your menu.  They are mostly lower in calories but most importantly they burn fat.  They also have some other benefits such as , building strong bones, building muscle, prevent cravings,  and spikes your metabolism.  Burn that fat, burn those calories and enjoy the new you!
