Even during our most difficult times, we still need to figure out how to increase our self-care. As women we have a tendancy to put ourselves on the back burner. We put off taking that long bath, going to "hang" with our girlfriends, eating the way that is best for our bodies, getting enough rest, and taking time to just "breathe".
Below is a presentation I did about a year ago for a Christian Womens organization. It talks about the necessity of caring for our temples and how important it is to our God that we not only care for our temple but that we care for the spirit that is housed within our temple.
