Turkey Day is fast approaching and I have been searching for recipes that I can prepare that are tasty and healthy. Since I have been on my quest to practice what I preach, I definitely wanted to make sure that the sides I prepare help me to stay within my self imposed wellness guidelines: low on salt, low on fat, low on calories, high on great taste.

|One of my favorite group of recipes is on Cookinglight website. They feature 13 different delicious Thanksgiving menus that represent different cooking styles. The recipes aren't only healthy they are creative and tasty. My favorite is the Big Flavors Menu. Truly creative recipes especially the Spiced Rubbed Smoked Turkey With Roasted Pear Stuffing and Cranberry Syrup. Yummy!!!|
