3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Almond Breeze)
1 pitted date

1/2 ripe medium banana
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
 3/4 cup baby kale (or spinach)
1 cup ice

1 ½ cups cold coconut water
2 cups (lightly packed) kale, roughly chopped
2 cups frozen wild blueberries
1 orange, peeled and cut in half
1 tablespoon flax seeds
