Unmasking What Matters In Life After 40 and Beyond
On my podcast "The Wellness Journey Podcast Series" I interview Sandra Joseph, celebrated Broadway Actress, and Author of “Unmasking What Matters: 10 Life Lessons from 10 Years on Broadway”. It was a very revealing and inspiring interview.
Sandra Joseph played the role of Christine Daaé in the “The Phantom of the Opera” for nearly a decade. Now, she is using her voice in a new way — as an author, keynote speaker, and thought leader — to inspire audiences everywhere. Her new book — “Unmasking What Matters: 10 Life Lessons from 10 Years on Broadway” — launched on January 23, 2018, in step with the 30th anniversary of “The Phantom of the Opera,” which occurred on January 26th and will be celebrated all year long.
“Make your life into a work of art that is a true reflection of who you are in all of your unmasked, imperfect glory.” Sandra Joseph
After 10 years on Broadway, Sandra Joseph — the longest-running leading lady in Broadway’s longest-running show, “The Phantom of the Opera” — knows one thing for sure: the only way to have a truly fulfilling life and achieve success that satisfies is to recognize that the journey up is no substitute for the journey in.
Sandra shares in her interview what she learned during her record-breaking 10 year run on Broadway in the award-winning play “The Phantom of the Opera”. She uses her experiences on the road while in the play, and her experiences of transitioning to a new life to help others to courageously bring their inner voice to the outer world and start creating a life they truly desire.
Warm, humble, encouraging, and inspiring, Sandra shares her wisdom to help others move forward in a positive way on this wonderful journey we call “life” by embracing our passions, gifts, and opportunities.
